Men's Program Staff:

North Dakota Teen Challenge, Mandan, has a full-time opening for a male Program Staff person in our Men's Program.  This position is responsible for performing duties relating to supervising daily activities of adult students that are enrolled in our faith-based residential substance abuse recovery program.  Essential duties and responsibilities include: assisting students in difficult or emotional situations or circumstances that may arise on a daily basis; confront students as needed about behavior or attitudes that are unhealthy, destructive and out of line with biblical and program standards; model as well as enforce all established rules; assist in performing student intakes and discharges; monitor the self-administration of all prescription medication, non-prescription medication and vitamins to students; utilizing Teen Challenge vehicles to transport students when required.  Must communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing.  Work schedule may be days or afternoons and includes benefits relating to paid holidays and health insurance.  If interested, please call 701-667-2131 or email steveb@tc4hope.org.
