Dear Applicant:

It is my pleasure to send you this APPLICATION. North Dakota Teen Challenge is a Christian residential rehabilitative program, an alternative to conventional drug and alcohol treatment. We are part of a network of over 650 Teen Challenge residence programs worldwide. We are accredited with honors by the national Teen Challenge organization.

If you are struggling with drugs, alcohol, and/or other life controlling problems, our goal is to help you overcome your addictions and develop a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We believe no addiction is too hard for God! Studies have shown that Faith based programs like North Dakota Teen Challenge have the highest rates of recovery in the nation.

The program cost is based on each individual’s income and assets. The vast majority of our adult students qualify for low admittance fees. 

Upon acceptance, at the time of admission, students who are North Dakota residents are required to have a one hundred dollar transportation fee, (non residents two hundred) to be used for return transportation to their home.

Please complete the application as soon as possible. You are extremely important to us. In fact, you are the reason we exist.

You must answer all the questions on the APPLICATION truthfully. This is the only way we can accurately determine how best to serve you. Some things in your past may be difficult or painful to share, but they are essential to your healing and complete recovery .

Your success while in this program depends on you opening your heart to God and following program rules. We are here to help you where ever possible. We believe God has brought you here and that He has a great purpose for your life.
